Fabricio Menezes

Fabrício Menezes is a Brazilian political strategist, communications consultant and marketing professional with extensive experience in electoral campaigns, public affairs and government communication.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Political Communication and Consulting from ESIC Business & Marketing School and ALEPH Group, Madrid, Spain. Since the age of 25, he has worked in electoral campaigns throughout Brazil, building expertise in political positioning, campaign strategy, voter research, storytelling, political branding and team leadership.

Menezes is the Founder and Executive Director of Brasil84 Comunicação and Brasil Elege, a specialized political consulting division focused on electoral strategy, campaign management and public communication. Under his leadership, the agency has developed an integrated model that combines strategic planning, advertising, digital marketing, content production and government communication.

Throughout his career, he has advised candidates, political parties, legislators, city governments and public institutions, participating in both majoritarian and proportional campaigns. His work is recognized for combining data-driven strategy with creative communication, always focused on building authentic connections between leaders and citizens.

His agencies have received national and international recognition for excellence in political and public communication, including multiple awards at CAMP – Congresso de Marketing Político, one of Brazil’s most prestigious political communication competitions, and at the Polaris Awards, an international competition that recognizes outstanding achievements in public sector communication and political marketing.

As a member of the Washington Academy of Political Arts & Sciences (WAPAS), Fabrício continues to contribute to the advancement of democratic values, political innovation and professional excellence in political consulting across Latin America.
